iPhone

iPods, iTunes, I everything. What's next, a phone? Yes! Apple just came out with a new toy for us called the iPhone. This iPhone includes a revolutionary phone, a widescreen iPod, and a breakthrough Internet communications device with desktop-class email, web browsing, maps, and searching — all in one small and lightweight handheld device.
Multi-touch

iPhone features the most revolutionary user interface since the mouse. It’s an entirely new interface based on a large multi-touch display and innovative new software that lets you control everything using only your fingers. So you can glide through albums with Cover Flow, flip through photos and email them with a touch, or zoom in and out on a section of a web page — all by simply using iPhone’s multi-touch display.

Intelligent Keyboard

iPhone’s full QWERTY soft keyboard lets you easily send and receive SMS messages in multiple sessions. And the keyboard is predictive, so it prevents and corrects mistakes, making it easier and more efficient to use than the small plastic keyboards on many smartphones.

This great piece of equipment can cost you 500 bucks for 4 GB memory, and $600 for an 8 GM memory phone. Although it is a hefty price to pay, I would say it is worth it. Look for this bad boy on shelves in June.

Want free stuff?

Winzy! The search engine that everyone is using and talking about. Using Winzy, you can win great things like an Xbox, iPod Nano, Nintendo Wii, giftcards, and other cash prizes. What is the catch? There is no catch! It is just a regular search engine which earns you Winzy Points which are later used to increase your chances of winning the monthly grand prize of $500. You might also get lucky when performing a search and win something worthwhile, like a gift card to Amazon or an iPod shuffle.

One of the best parts of this search engine is that you can have unlimited amount of friends. If one of the friends you invited wins something, say a $10 gift certificate to iTunes, you win the same thing as well! If your friend wins the $500 monthly grand prize, so do you. I use this search engine quite a lot, and have won three gift certificates to Amazon totaling up to $30 all just for using a search engine. The bad part about the search engine, is that it is not that good, and sometimes doesn't perform as well as Google, but other then that this is a great thing to sign up for if you want free stuff.

New Game - Crackdown!

There is a new game on the block. Crackdown is one of the best sandbox type game out there. In this game you are an agency officer set out to protect the city streets. You are not a regular officer though, you can raise levels in explosives, driving, agility, firearms, and strength. This game is great if you ever wanted to hop from building to building, lifting cars and throwing them hundreds of feet, or even having your own car morph before your very eyes into a bat-mobile or an SUV with powers to jump and climb walls.

This game is relatively short, but there are many great achievements to achieve, so the life of the game is longer. The graphic style of this game is cartoonish, but fits in perfectly with the style of the game. The graphics are crisp and look great. Sound effects in this game are outstanding, especially if you have a surround sound system like I do. One of the things that stand out about this game is that you can hop on Xbox Live with a friend and play together beating up gang members and such. Overall I would definitely recommend this game to anyone that enjoyed the Grand Theft Auto series and Saints Row.
